Posture Evaluation
An assessment of an individual's posture, analyzing alignment in standing, sitting, and movement. Through visual observation and hands-on examination, we’ll identify imbalances and deviations from optimal alignment, considering the head, shoulders, spine, pelvis, hips, knees, and feet. This might take up to 90 min depending on complexity.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage involves manual manipulation of soft tissues to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. It targets specific areas of discomfort or dysfunction, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release to enhance overall well-being and relieve stress. This service can be booked for 60 min or 90 min.
Posture Follow Up
Follow-up assessments ensure progress and adjustments to the plan as needed, aiming for improved function and reduced pain. This will include alignment photos and e-cise analysis and corrections to ensure proper form. This service can be booked for 60 min or 30 min sessions.
Add-on Services:
Massage add-ons enhance the therapeutic experience by offering additional benefits such as cupping therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), or Elastic Therapeutic Tape (ktape). These options personalize the massage session, catering to individual preferences and promoting a deeper sense of relaxation, promote healing, address soft tissue dysfunction, and stimulate the body's natural healing response. These add-ons can be incorporated in your 60 or 90 min sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that utilizes firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It aims to alleviate chronic tension, stiffness, and pain by breaking down adhesions and releasing tightness. Beneficial for individuals with chronic pain conditions or muscle injuries, deep tissue massage promotes better circulation, improved mobility, and enhanced relaxation. By addressing tight muscles and fascia, deep tissue massage can help alleviate imbalances and improve posture. Customizable to address specific needs, it offers a rejuvenating experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Myofascial Release: Myofascial release is a therapeutic technique that targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Through gentle pressure and stretching, it aims to release restrictions and adhesions within the fascia, allowing muscles to move more freely. This technique can help relieve chronic pain conditions, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Myofascial release is often used in conjunction with other massage to address musculoskeletal issues. With its focus on restoring balance and function to the body's soft tissues, myofascial release offers a holistic approach to pain relief and rehabilitation.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a manual therapy technique used to treat musculoskeletal conditions. It involves the use of specialized tools to mobilize soft tissues such as muscles, ligaments, and fascia. By applying controlled pressure and friction, IASTM helps break down scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions, promoting tissue healing and improving range of motion. This technique can be beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, or sports-related injuries. IASTM is often performed by trained healthcare professionals and is commonly used as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
Cupping: Cupping is an ancient therapy involving the placement of cups on the skin to create suction. This suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward, promoting increased blood flow, relieving muscle tension, and stimulating healing. The cups can be left stationary or moved around to target different areas. After treatment, circular marks or bruise-like discoloration, known as "cupping marks," may appear on the skin, typically fading within a few days. Cupping therapy is used to address various health conditions, including muscle pain, inflammation, respiratory issues, and stress. While generally considered safe, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Elastic Therapeutic Taping: Elastic therapeutic taping, commonly known as kinesiology taping, is a technique that involves applying a specialized elastic tape to the skin to provide support, pain relief, and enhance athletic performance. The tape is made of breathable, elastic cotton with an adhesive that activates with body heat. It mimics the elasticity and thickness of human skin, allowing for a wide range of motion without restricting movement. Elastic therapeutic taping can support muscles and joints, reduce pain, improve proprioception, and promote lymphatic drainage. It can help correct postural imbalances by providing support to weakened muscles and encouraging proper alignment.
