• You will perform exercise so please wear athletic clothing.

• You will be photographed to get a better assessment but not judged. These are kept confidential. 

• Expect to do the exercises required to see results. This is your body and you're in control of it. 

• There will be forms to fill out prior to your visit, please check your email.

• You may experience initial soreness which is normal. 

• As this is a non medical approach to health, we do not take insurance

• Prices vary depending on your commitment 

• Payment is due at booking
