  • What to expect?
    · Evaluations usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We gather information to better understand your needs. · You will perform exercise so please wear athletic clothing. · You will be photographed to get a better assessment but not judged. These are kept confidential. · Expect to do the exercises required to see results. This is your body and you're in control of it. · There will be forms to fill out prior to your visit, please check your email. · You may experience initial soreness which is normal.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    · As this is a non medical approach to health, we do not take insurance · Prices vary depending on your commitment · Payment is due at booking · Please call to cancel appointments 24 hours prior to your schedule
  • How many visits do I need?
    Programs can vary from 1 to 8 visits. Every body is different and can have different results depending on your commitment to yourself. If you're committed to improving your health and doing your exercises, it can take less time. Your goals can determine the length of treatment as well.
