Relaxation Massage

A slow, intentional treatment focused on the nervous system to combat the physical effects of modern stress.

  • Main Goal: Quiet the mind and deeply restore your nervous system.

  • Best For: High-stress professionals, anxiety management, and general wellness.

  • What to Expect: A calming atmosphere with soothing music, a full-body treatment with smooth, flowing strokes, and light to medium pressure. No other modalities used.

Corrective Manual Therapy

Outcome-based intervention that applies targeted techniques to treat a specific, diagnosed medical condition, injury, or chronic pain. Requires advanced training and deep understanding of pathology and anatomy.

  • Main Goal: Treating a specific, doctor-diagnosed physical ailment or injury for healing and rehabilitation.

  • Best For:  Back pain, muscle strain, tendonitis, migraines, postural imbalances, and frozen shoulder.

  • What to Expect: Sessions may be shorter and highly focused on one area. Techniques are very specific and may include movement; bring or wear athletic gear. Cupping or IASTM may be used.

Therapeutic Massage

This aims to achieve specific health outcomes, like pain relief, improved function, decrease muscle tension, or reducing stress related to a condition.

  • Main Goal: Achieving a specific physical or health-related goal; it bridges the gap between relaxation and clinical work.

  • Best For:  Clients seeking targeted pain relief, improved movement, and long-term results rather than relaxation alone.

  • What to Expect: The treatment will be targeted to a problem area with varying pressure from light to deep depending on what your body needs. Cupping and hot stone may be used on specific areas.

Functional Sports Massage

Designed to help athletes and active individuals prevent injuries, improve performance, aid in recovery, and treat existing injuries.

  • Main Goal: Enhancing athletic performance, rapid muscle recovery, and injury management.

  • Best For:  Athletes and individuals with physically demanding lives.

  • What to Expect: The focus is on the muscles used in their sport. The pressure is often deep and combined with stretching to increase flexibility or accelerate recovery
